A single vineyard wine from Loïc Martin coming from the vines thriving on the lieu-dit “Champ Rond” with a North-East exposure. 

With its shiny golden color this wine will seduce you thanks to a rich and complex aromatic range of grapefruits, dried bananas, lemon confit and honey wax. It is a rich and fragranced wine offering great balance.

This Saint-Véran will better unveils its aromas if served between 10 and 12°C. Can be tasted for the aperitif as well as alongside dishes such as poultry with a creamy sauce,  with Peut-être servi à l’apéritif ou durant le repas sur des plats tels que des volailles à la crème, grilled sole, seafood platter or goat cheese.

Ageing potential: 5 to 7 years
