The Martin family always vowed a particular love to the soils and climates of South-Burgundy. Our Bourgogne Blanc and red Coteaux Bourguignons are the perfect illustration of this attention.
The Bourgogne Blanc PDO is produced in all of the Burgundy vineyards and extend from Mâcon to Chablis. All of the Bourgogne Blanc wines are 100% made of Chardonnay.
The vines of our Bourgogne Blanc are planted in the villages of Leynes, Chasselas and Chaintré and offer us dry wines with subtle linden and white flowers aromas.
Regarding the Coteaux Bourguignons PDO it covers 4 French departments and offers an infinity of soil varieties.
Various grape varieties are allowed within the PDO but at Domaine de la Creuze Noire, the grape we use is obviously the Gamay Noir. Our Coteaux Bourguignons are as well originated from the Leynes and Chasselas villages. They benefit from different soils that are composed of sand and clay.
