This is a wine coming from our vineyards located in the village of Chasselas. The vines are here grown on sandy-clay soils which allows to discover a new side of Gamay Noir.
Supple and fruity, with a garnet colour, this wine offers a good balance between finesse and complexity. The nose is full of vibrant red fruits. The palate is voluptuous and harmonious.
It is a perfect match for dishes such as red meats, barbecues, coq au vin, and most of desserts. It is better when tasted between 15 and 16°C.
