Another nice example of what Saint-Véran has to offer. Loïc Martin here proposes a wine that is authentic, charming and convivial.
A golden pale wine with a complex nose of citrus fruits, pear and vanilla. On the palate it has a great magnitude with a lot of fruity flavors and great minerality.
Has to be served between 10 and 13°C. It a perfect match for dishes such as cream chicken with morels, various shellfishes or goat cheese.
Ageing potential: 5 to 7 years
